What could become an asset, frequently becomes a disaster. Most women are not prepared for their new life, let alone making the decision involved in smart investments.

The real estate associate’s final goal is to secure a sale and expedite the closing. Due to the nature of the client/agent relationships, a client must feel that her agent is an integral part of making a sound financial decision that enhances the client’s life.

As a personal coach, I help women prepare for a comfortable, strategic decision to buy or sell a home—a decision that’s based on a tailored life plan that addresses their unique needs and circumstances.

My strategy includes the following key elements:

? Secure a solid financial foundation - this should include home ownership.

? Self-confidence – when a woman is in a “survival” mode, her logic and analytical powers are distorted. An opportune financial decision can be easily sabotaged. I can guide these women to re-discover life’s enjoyment and rewards.

? Environment - a woman has choices to live where she desires. This is where the excitement begins as a new life now unfolds before her. During the contract transaction, I inspire and encourage the client to proceed with her goal in mind.
