Some of us think that marriage will last forever when we first fall in love. It does not take too long to find out that once the romance wears off and you get down to reality, it is not as easy as you first thought. Well, don't give up, there are strategies and things you can do to make it last forever!I am serious when I say that because I have such a marriage and I teach the techniques and strategies. I have taught them for many years and heard many success stories from all over the world!

One of the most important things to remember is that you have to love yourself before you can love another!If you are self-destructive or do not particularly like yourself you will demonstrate negative behaviors toward your spouse. This will lead to a downward spiral and a confusing situation which is hard to sort out.Make sure you love yourself before you get married or establish a relationship with anyone! It is important to know that most marriage's can be improved when we understand ou! rselves and learn to behave differently.

You might think you cannot change but you would be surprised to find out what you can do with the right amount of motivation and the right coach!The right coach is important.
