Small - not only beautiful but also helpful
------veepandi
An individual is always in dynamic interactions with society and nature.
Family, friends, clubs etc. of an individual are formed/destroyed during these dynamic interactions.
These dynamic interactions lead to dynamic equilibrium, which the individual will try to use to meet his/her needs and interests.
The dependence of an individual on society mostly decides the social circle of that individual.
Prior to Industrial Revolution, the world was too big to comprehend.
Human relations played a dominant role in the dependence of an individual on society and nature.
The individual identity had to be submerged in a strong and big social circle to ensure a safe survival.
The industrial revolution and other revolutions in arts, literature and culture in western world redefined an individual’s relation
with society and nature. The strong and big social circle gave way to flexible [in strength and dimension] social circle
strengthening the individual.
Due to colonial and post-colonial influences the non-western world has been undergoing complex heterogeneous dynamic
complications in the relation of an individual with society and nature.
Hence the nature of social circle of an individual can not be easily defined in this complex heterogeneous dynamic paradigm.
The logistic advantage/disadvantage of an individual in the heterogeneous social layers may help to identify the nature of social
circle.
A social circle may help an individual to lead a creative free life, or enslave his/her life.
A sensitive non-robot individual will constantly struggle to resist enslaving influences of his/her social circle. Robot individuals
may enjoy [even the mode of enjoyment follow a robot programme] this slavery or curse his/her fate depending on the nature of
the robot programme governing his/her life
A human being is blessed with immense potential to lead a creative free life nourishing society and nature and to have
experiences beyond descriptions of words [call it God if you want]. But he/she must free himself/herself from enslaving social
circle. A small flexible social circle will help an individual to redefine it to serve his/her creative non-robot life. Hence small is not
only beautiful but also greatly helpful.
