5 tips to put your life in tip top shape

Do you want to run after what you want or would you rather attract your desires to you? You have the power to become the magnet around which your life's desires manifest. Here are some tips that help transform you into the magnet:

1. Attraction happens in the present. Not in the past, nor in the future. Get comfortable with this idea.

2. Breathing consciously is the best thing to get you back into your body and present time.

3. Replace words like "should, need to, will, and have to" with the words "choose to". It immediately holds you accountable and brings keeps you in present moment.

4. It is powerful to even just notice how much your mind wanders. Once you notice, you can bring it back to present moment. One way to exercise that "noticing muscle" is to designate a specific time each day to keep bringing yourself back to present moment.

5. Every day, choose at least one activity (sitting, walking, cooking, driving) and practice it as a meditation. (even more focused than #4) Diane Mandle www.lifeinprogress.net
