This week I am adopting a slightly different format. Instead of including a separate article further down in this edition you'll be getting a little bit more from this part.

As you know last week I finished my personal development course and it has been offered to readers of "AAvenues 2 Your Success" since then. Naturally I thought I would get a little bit of interest in "The Key To $uccess & Wealth" course from avid readers who enjoy the information I share each week. To be honest I was blown away. In fact, I still am. Interest in this course is a lot higher than I expected. Thanks to all of you who have enquired and an even bigger thank-you to those who, have in fact, undertaken to commence the course.

I'd like to digress a step if I may. Why is it that so many people want this information? Do you subscribe to Phil Wiley's "All The Secrets" weekly publication? If so you would have read in his edition last week that people are looking for material that doesn't just generally cover the topic of interest but more to the point of detailed information stepping people through the information process in layman's terms so that all and sundry can benefit from it. There is only so much information one can cover in a free ezine such as his or mine even for that matter.

Marlon Sanders wrote a perfect example of this recently when he wrote his "Amazing Formula That Sells Products Like Crazy". I'm sure you have heard of it. In fact many readers of "AAvenues" purchased it through my recommendation. What Marlon did was give great advice in his e-book answering all his literature as promised. He gave many good idea probing concepts that I have begun to apply with my business. The simile is this; he covered so much info that he couldn't fit it all into his 720KB e-book so he created his "Big Course" to be the answer to this therefore providing almost turnkey solutions with all the details answers that people sought. Once people knew what he could provide them with they flocked to him. And why not as he knows what he's talking about and can provide the goods to those who seek his knowledge.

Okay so how is this related to "The Key To $uccess & Wealth"? Quite simply there is a growing demand for personal development information as the trend is moving from employment to that of self-employment. A lot of people are wanting to shed their old skin so to speak. People will only do this with someone they trust and I must say it's been a positive blow to my ego during the last week to find out exactly how much people are looking to do this. I can only offer you so much through this ezine! Sure it can give you inspiration, desire, the will to succeed, determination, a successful attitude, wealthy thoughts and everything else that I set out for it to become but it is only a small chapter in the book. It's not the book itself.

More importantly the theme for today is "Why Self-Development Is So Important". Of all living things on this earth people are the only ones with choice. Animals, insects, plants etc. they must live where they can. I live in Germany and I'll be moving to Australia by the end of the year. This is my choice. We choose how long we stay at school, who we work for, how long we stay out in the sun and who our friends are. All of our choices are ultimately based upon what pleases us and what doesn't. Choices are things we do based upon our knowledge and understanding.

It's safe to say that the choices we make are directly linked with what we know and what we have learned to bring us to this particular stage of our lives. Self-development is an attitude that keeps our mind open to new aspects and concepts. Through its vitality makes and keeps you sharp and on the lookout for new ideas to bring you closer to your goals and targets.
