Snoring, the Loud Problem With the Silent Solution
Author: Christian Goodman

If your or your spouse snoring is outrageous you are one of 8% couples that seriously suffer from this terrible condition.

It isn't just the irritation of staying awake the whole night or waking up from a souse's elbow over and over again, not getting enough rest is simple life threatening.

It is life threatening because you will loose your focus and in the heavy traffic modern world loosing focus for one minute is a sure ticked for accident.

And it is also life threatening because your whole emotional balance will suffer. Nerves breakdown, stroke, and heart-attack are only three few examples.

But most likely you are aware of this and have tried several things to cure the snoring, with very limited success.

So Let's Look at What Causes This Horrible Present in Your Life

Snoring is always caused by some kind of blockage in the breathing passage.

When the breathing passage is blocked, the airflow (breathing) becomes irregular, not smoothly flowing like it should be.

As the airflow becomes irregular, the soft tissues in the breathing passage will start to flap making the irritating snoring sound.

The real loud sound happen when the soft palate (the flexible back part of the roof of the mouth) starts to vibrate. And sometimes the tip of it will even start beating on the tongue (that may also be falling into the throat) like a drum.

What makes snoring so complicated to cure is that the blockages varies so much between people. And most often there are several blockages in the breathing passage each person has.

Examples of what can cause snoring...

The throat may be weak and close down when sleeping. This is the most common cause of sleep apnea, very serious condition where snoring is just a one sign.

The tongue often falls into the throat, when it is too weak, and blocks it. This may happen even if you sleep on your side.

The Jaw may press on the breathing passage narrowing it. Often this is because of tension in the muscles around the Jaw that press it out of its normal healthy position.

The Soft palate may be too weak and not firm enough and will lay too close to the tongue, making it very easy to flap around and make the irritating snoring sounds.

Any muscles tension around the breathing passage, like in the shoulders and neck, may press on the throat and narrow it.

Anything that might gather in the throat, like fat or tar from cigarette smoke, will narrow the throat and cause snoring.

Of course there can be endless other kinds of blocks in the breathing area.
So How Can You Get Rid of the Blocks That Cause Your Snoring ?

What I have discovered is that you can train this part of your body in the same way you train other parts of your body.

This is very fragile area so the exercises are fine tuned and do not demand much effort, only commitment for few weeks.

The simplicity of this is that no matter what blocks your breathing passage, the same few exercises will cure you.

What you will do is strengthening the whole breathing passage and the area around it.

By doing simple throat exercises your soft palate and the whole area from bellow your voice box up into your nasals and everything in-between will be strengthened and refreshed. Plus it will clean the throat of any fat or tar.

The tongue exercises will strengthen the tongue and help it regain just the right amount of flexible tension to stay out of the throat.

The Jaw exercises will loosen up the jaw and help it reach its healthy normal position where it won't press on the breathing passage.

And finally, the light body exercises will loosen up the shoulder and the neck so no muscle tension will press on the throat.

The Training Doesn't Take Much Effort

How long you exercise every day is up to you. You can train for as little as three minutes a day.

For quick permanent results, I recommend taking the program that requires ten minutes a day commitment.

And you should be ready to commit for about two months to permanently cure your snoring. Although most likely you will have quiet nights long before those two months are over.

The most pleasurable thing I do is reading emails from people who have used the exercises to successfully cure their snoring.

Over and over I hear the same beautiful story about couple who where about to split up their marriage bed because neither of them could get any rest. Then by committing to curing the problem for few minutes a day they regain their love and intimacy.

You can find the exercises program I developed and has helped so many people to stop snoring here...
