TRUE SPIRITUALITY

What we call self-growth/development or personal growth/improvement is in fact Spirituality. It is much above religion and politics and forms the third dimension to our over-all personality - after body and mind. True Spirituality is to set the subdued and subjugated spirit within us - FREE - face reality, and rise towards the realms of GOD, seeking Liberation from the cycles of birth and death. It is our personal preference to nurse our spirit and nurture our own personal growth/self-development, get Enlightened/Empowered ; and in the process find true love, true power, real happiness, ecstatic delight, divine bliss and evolve further as a perfected human being, so as to attain Liberation. The whole process starts with self-acknowledgement.

The human body and mind is the superior most form of life in the process of evolution, which is also a duality like day and night. The first half is to find the meaning of our lives and the second half is to fulfill the purpose for which all of us are born on Earth, ie. to connect the individual spirit to the Supreme Spirit. In other words - to go back to where we came from - the realms of GOD. In reality, we are all spiritul beings undergoing a biological human experience in the process of evolution. The time of our human experience is from the moment our umblical cord is severed from the biological womb, till we connect our spiritul umblical cord to the womb of eternal creation. Those of us who realise this, will eventually fulfill the purpose of life on Earth, in gratitude to GOD - for having given us this wonderful experience of human existence - nurtured by innocence, accident and need.

This realisation takes place in our lives, which is usually at mid-life ; when nothing has a meaning and we are in a quandary, feeling a void within ourselves. This is what we otherwise call - Mid-Life Crisis. It is the most difficult period of our lives and we have to take the hardest of decisions. At this juncture, we are filled with feelings of fear, danger and insecurity. But, this is the greatest golden opportunity given by GOD, to turn Spiritual and rise to the higher echelons of Evolution and Enlightenment/Empowerment. It is a field full of pure potentiality. We have to just step-in with the wisdom of uncertainity.

True Spirituality or self-development is a process where the progress from A to Z is, like the name itself suggests, totally by the 'SELF', of the 'SELF' and for the 'SELF' ; where we willingly and acceptably invest the rest of our lives with a higher significance, with the intention and desire to live in the Abundance of GOD, and ultimately attain Liberation or Immortality as a perfected human being. It is best practised in solitude starting with self-acknowledgement and the proper method of meditation ; while communing with Mother Nature and in harmony with the environment, like on beaches, in parks and wild life sanctuaries etc., and certainly not in enclosed spaces. Here, we should understand that being in solitude means to be alone, because only when we are alone we can be with GOD.

True Spirituality, ie. self-development/personal growth can only be achieved and enhanced by subjecting our'SELVES' to our own subjectivity, in full conscious awareness. Since the process is self-development and involves self-learning, everything has to be by the 'SELF' co-related to our lives, and co-ordinated to the constant calculus in motion, which is derivating and integrating all the time. No one can teach us the process. Nevertheless, help and guidance can be sought from an Enlightened Spiritual Master (Guru). Here, we must remember that the most Omni-Potent and Omni-Present factor in the Cosmos is patient perseverance. Therefore, we have to be very patient and perseverant in our efforts, if we have to really attain the Ultimate.
