Intellectual nourishment is knowledge that provides sustenance for the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Hunger is hunger regardless of how you apply it. It is a yearning for nutrition. When given nourishment in any form it increases the energy needed to make wise choices that serves the higher good of all.

When you consume positive thought to nourish the mind life becomes more than just an ego-based day-to-day resolution regime. The decision process is less difficult when you handpick what you feed your mind, body, spirit, and soul. We have all heard it said that we are what we think and Garbage in Garbage Out. Your thoughts are your choice and impact not only who you are, what you reveal to others but also affect lifestyles and living. So remember to choose wisely. Sustaining a healthy knowledge base and positive thinking gives energy to a nurturing thought process. Satisfy your hunger with some good food for thought!
