Here is an interesting exercise. What is your most common gripe about relationships? What would have to be true about people/men/women and circumstances in order for your gripe to be true?

For example, lets say your gripe is that you are not meeting any quality singles. What may than be true is that there are not many quality singles in your area, or even worst that all quality singles are already in relationships.

If you answered the above questions, you have just discovered what you belive about people/men/women and circumstances. This is the why of your relationships, your HeartLogic.

What we believe we create. Or is it that we simply experience what is? Which one is true? Proof can be found for both of these positions. However, choosing to believe that what we believe we create has one distinct advantage. It allows us to transform and improve our relationships and lives.
