Why am I like I am?

Who among us has not at some point in their lives raised
their arms to the heavens and asked-"WHY, WHY ME?" When ever change or adversity crosses our paths we instinctively want to know WHY. Getting your answer may take you on a quest through a myriad or resources-
physicians, psychiatrists, new age gurus, clergy,psychic hot lines, your hairdresser, etc. You don't care where the definitive answers come from you just want them, now.
However, your answer can come from only one source- you.

For each of us like a beautiful snowflake- ourwardly seemingly quite alike, but on closer inspection each one is uniquely constructed. As we are, no two of us have traveled the exact same path to this moment in time, thus our path toward healing and harmony is also unique unto ourselves.

So how do you discover your healing pathway? You must go to the source, which is with in yourself. As a Hypnotherapist I've guided many people through their
journey to find out the why's of who they are and what makes them who they are today. By finding the source of an ailment or disharmony we can then ask how we correct the problem. Everyone's healing process is as unique as they are. For example if you have an eating disorder we would help you find out why that sisorder begin and ask of your self what would be the appropriate way to heal and mend the disorder. Your answer may be completely different from another person's answer with a similar disorder.

This process is truly amazing for it allows you, your inner resources and your intricate makeup to direct you to your personal recovery. This is also why we are able to help so many people recover from a diverse array of ailments at our Aloha Hawaii Healing Retreats. Even though we may have a group that includes a grieving couple, an abuse sruvivor, someone with an eating disorder, someone who is battling a disease and a couple seeking spiritual enlightenment, they will all find their own unique personal answers by goind within themselves to discover their answers and solutions.
