Everyone has heard of Vampires, author Anne Rice wrote about vampires and later the box-office educates the public eye as to Lestat from ‘Interview with a Vampire’. Children at a young age are literally ‘taught’ of vampires. The Public Broadcasting Stations (PBS) that airs Sesame Street has a character named “The Count” who teaches children world wide how to count numbers. Kids eat breakfast with a Vampire known as “Count Chocula”. Everywhere the mysterious darkness that shrouds minds of those drawn to vampires has been long engraved in our psyche.

The stereotypical trait of a vampire are big fangs, sleeps in coffins, are incinerated by ultra-violet rays (sunlight), and are best exterminated by a stake through the heart.

Folklore of vampires is explained with the numerous politics of each individual, misunderstood disease, religious hysteria. The Motion Picture Industry and the literary images of vampires are explained with Psychology, Sociology, and history. In today’s society individuals are confident that vampires could not possibly exist. The concept of vampires becomes a critical concern, which demands that we each expand our boundaries of our own personal realities. Most who are aware of this editorial already know this.

The rest of the individuals out there are already thinking “Modern Day Vampires? Are you kidding me?” “The world is already filled with nutty people, but all they need is a really good psychiatrist.” There is no doubt that there are many individuals who have adapted to a Gothic Romantic Fashion who also take on the illusion of being a vampire. They choose boxes over beds to sleep in, find a fang smith over going to the dentist, some torture animals, and kill people for the thrill of gaining power. Or they will rape to fulfill a sexual hunger. However some of these people are seriously fanatical and attracted to the cultural, folklore and myth of vampires. They feel powerless, out of control, so they create the mood for a dramatic supernatural façade they have themselves. They have out of control, overwhelming sexual issues, or are survivors of molestation, rape. They have immortality because they fear growing old and dying.

Individuals like these are humanity’s explanation for their persistent attraction to the vampire. But beyond the superstitions, folklore, legend, myth, psychologies, religious theory’s lays the truth about vampires.

The study of vampires is complex and mysterious which is what attracts so many to do the research and uncover more knowledge. There are as many aspects to vampires as there are languages spoken in the world today.

One aspect that frequently troubles magickal, spiritual, religious paths is the vampire who shares with us the disadvantages and benefits of having a vampiric spiritual body. This type of vampire has a unique capacity to channel, absorb, and manipulate life-force energies. This capacity to mold energies is both a gift and a curse. As it can cause a constant imbalance resulting in negative behavioral patterns. It is this rare vampire who cannot absorb their needed energy in more subtle ways. This unstable mechanism is what causes harm to be inflicted on others and themselves. Until finally they recognize what is occurring around them, they are recognized as either malicious, or vindictive. They will spend their lives making themselves and others unhappy. Continuing this pattern incarnating it over and over until they themselves take action to change it.

The exterior symptoms of a modern day vampire bear a striking resemblance to humanity in general they are nocturnal. On a biochemical level they have inverted the body cycle including temperature of the body, menstrual onset, and the production of hormones causing them to sleep at the opposite times of the day from most people. Modern Day vampires tend to be sensitive to ultra-violet rays, burning easily in the sun, they have superb night vision, their vitality ranges differ daily; they are active one day, depressed and lethargic the next. Often there are reports of digestive problems, even those with cast iron stomachs have reported having issues with food, which is rooted in their quest for energy.

Emotionally Modern day vampires are unpredictable, moody, temperamental, and overwhelming. The major difference between people and those that are Modern day vampires is that vampires have an extreme intensity. They are frequently given names such by those that are usually complaining about them, such as “needy, attention-seekers, drama queens, manipulative, trolls, and so on”. Vampire’s emotions are deep, powerful and often have an uncontrollable magickal and psychic experiences. Most of modern day vampires are empathic, although some of which may be unconscious to their natures, they are often “psychic sponges” that absorb vibrations from everywhere.

Modern day vampires are not the demonic forces of Christianity folklore, but as long as they refuse their natures, they will keep their bad reputations.


What is a Modern Day Vampire? What are Pranic, Tantric, Psi, and Sanguine?

On the most basic level of definition vampires are individuals who feed on life. A vampire is someone who needs to take in the life force of people, animals, or their environment. What separates one from a vampire is that a vampire cannot process his or her own environmental energies, or can not digest it without having some sort of negative drawback both physically and mentally.

With this description of a modern day each and every person could be considered vampiric. For instance most people are carnivores, they eat meat, steak, hamburgers. Humanity eats for the protein and minerals our bodies require. For those who are not carnivores and prefer living a vegetarian life style eat vegetables, wheat and flour base for breads, vegetarians “feed” from the environment for vitamins and minerals that are also required as nutrition for their bodies.

Lastly there are individuals who consume from people. A percentage of these individuals drink or have some bizarre blood fetish. They believe that when they can own another, their interpretation is that they have power of that person.

There is not a day that goes by when in the news we hear of kidnapping, murders, and other forms of violence inflicted on others. These individuals believe they need this power to live life.

Now that you have given three perfect examples of how anyone in the world can be considered a vampire, lets now explore how a growing number of modern day Inet vampires explain themselves to those that are not “awakened” to their vampiric self.

PSI

Psi stands for Pre-sensory intuition. Psi is the energy that all living beings have. However as many psychic phenomenon; each individual either is, or is not aware of it being there. Or they have limits in their capabilities. A Psi vampire is a psychic who can not only detect this energy in them but also in others, and can successfully drain it from others. The draining is expressed as fatigue, headaches, digestive ailments, lethargic, etc, etc.

What is this energy everyone has?

They energy that every living being, animal, and plant has is the same universal energy that witches connect back to their selves. Witches know there are many layers to one individual. There is the physical body, emotional body, and psychic or commonly referred to as the mental body, and our core which is the spiritual body. Each of these bodies “radiates” if you will, an energy body connected to our multi-level lives. For example:


1st Layer- Physical Body= our community, family, children, environment, tangible material they can touch.

2nd Layer- Emotional Body= Feelings depression, joys, love anger, Personality, deposition.

3rd Layer-Psychic or Mental Body= Intuition, increased awareness (sensing), clairvoyance, heightened memorization skills.

4th Layer-Spiritual Body= Beliefs, wisdom, knowledge, Reverence, wonder and awe, prudence, Justice, temperance, and duty.

These individuals who can sense these energies often can take them and leave the individual tending to a feeling of being drained.

Pranic
Pranic vampires are individuals who are sensitive to emotional and psychic levels in others. Pranic often ties in directly to Psi or Tantric. Tantric energy is the adrenaline born from sexual pleasures and fantasies. An orgasm is considered raw tantric energy. In folklore those who “feed” tantric from individuals are called Succubus for females, and Incubus for males.

It is not uncommon to hear these individuals explain themselves as Psi-Tantric, Psi/Pranic vampires.

Sanguine
Finally there are those who consider themselves sanguine vampires. Sanguine is Latin for “of the blood”. Sanguine vampires literally consume blood. The take no concerns to the plagues of the 21st century, they continue to seek out blood to drink. Most of these individuals will only drink animal beef blood; they will eat meat to compensate their hunger for blood. While an unknown percentage of individuals will hunt others and carry no animosity for taking another’s life. It is my opinion that all of the unsolved domestic terrorism acts committed against others world wide should be re-opened and investigated bearing in mind there are many who seek their hunger for power and will kill to do so.

Vampire Houses, Covens, Egroups,
Vampire Message Boards on the World Wide Web

The most obvious red flag I picked up from these individuals who involve themselves on the Inet communities is that each has some sort of disguise to their names, emails, and instant messaging accounts. Some are elaborate with titles of Lord, Lady, Mistress. Some names usually leak some sort of avenue to their personality. Such as Nemesis which is defined as an agent of retribution and punishment. Which can easily imply disillusioned, ignorant, or emotionally battered. The name Vlad immediately sparks the thought Dracula. But why? Because the name is a triggered forcing the mind to think vampire, regardless of ones wording.

Then again this could all be just mumbo-gumbo. It was this curiosity as well as the many witches and wiccans who have reported having “run-ins” with these modern day vampires which left a gaping hole in their already fragile lives, that I decided to resurrect some of my magickal names, I have used before in circles. I decided of them, I would use Dangerous Raven.

The persona of Dangerous Raven was the witch named Lady Gwendydd Raven and the vampire Dangerous Raven. Dangerous Raven was given to me by an Ordained High Priest of traditional Witchcraft back when in 1989. She thought it appropriate because of the fiery deposition I have when I am involved in a project, and Raven is one of my most trusted familiars. The name also has a splash of mystery, so it was perfect to enter the online vampire emporiums with this name.

With this name I also brought online several historic family titles and blended the name to an elaborate vampire house known as RavenHeart Scottish Society Clan. My first stop was the infamous Bloodlines International, Vampire Church, and the Sanguinarium. (The sanguinarium came online around the same time I did, I believe we reacted to the other being Inet new, we banded together just as fast as we banished each other)

Although I spent numerous hours on projects with the founder of the Snaguinarium Our “alliances” never took form, we believed rumors over facts, fought and went our separate ways. In that time I was able to attend Court meetings in both Florida and New York, that experience alone is why I changed my mind for the last time, and decided to write this Banned Lecture.

Vampire Courts and Houses

A vampire house is a large body of people who support the particular needs of an organization through interaction on their online egroups, message boards, and chat rooms. Normally these Houses serve an online population of a few hundred to a thousand worldwide. The depositions of those who have Houses are called Elders. These Elders are supposedly the wise ones of the vampire lifestyle. Often houses will construct what is referred to as “Meet and Greets” off the internet in hopes of getting to know one another for either pure social interaction, or in most cases to transform their operations into a kingdom against others. Members range in age, some are minors, some are not, and their backgrounds are just as vast from Computer programmers, hackers, professors, secretaries, to students and housewives who live a secluded life away from mainstream society.

Vampire covens are often viewed as teaching circles for those that have sought out a magickal path working to run parallel to being a vampire. The covens online run out of message boards, and yahoo search engine groups, they seek to dominate the online communities by seeking to merge kinship with similar qualities to each of them. Some covens and houses online run a dictatorship and seek to destroy those who do not conform to a particular group or community. Their destruction comes in the form of hacking computer systems, online intimidation by means of threats, and doctored emails and posts made to a particular group. There are also a growing number of people who spend most of their time on the world wide web to commit acts of domestic terrorism by finding out real names of seekers and their private lives, only to make it public on the web. These people do not care about privacy issues as modern day vampires; they care about embarrassing, and causing a world of fear, so that they can be taken seriously as “true real vampires”.

Awaken to Society online

I now have a name and my “house”, my persona and a personal quest through an unbelievable life as a Vampire. Like almost anyone you speak to in these communities, as a child, teen. I always had an interest in things not considered mainstream. Gemology and Chi were my first course of study whenever and wherever I could, with people and alone. Which led me to my chosen path of traditional witchcraft and ceremonial Magick. For a total of 18 years I have personally mastered to the level of 3rd degree ordained Witch. I also adore anything related to bloody-gory movies like Carrie, Graveyard Shift, and others such as Bela Legosi, Bram Stoker, and the High Gate Vampire.

So, as one can plainly see, my hobbies were a bit on the unusual side. Yet… I also was not alone. We that seek, begin to understand, that any stake to the physical heart, will kill the mortal tie to our immortal kingdom.

In the meantime offline, my life was attending physical therapy for my knee and back, taking care of my family, and researching in depth psychosis, psychiatry, Freud, Jung, Sociology, social interactions with other vampires, Bi-polar levels, Archaeology, Philosophy, and Ancient Theology, and of course building yahoo websites.

By the time I almost completed my “vampire house” is when I would receive a lesson in the viciousness of these self-proclaimed predators known as Modern Day Vampires. My first, middle, and last clash occurred with Bloodlines International there were so many varied levels I almost walked out on this project altogether. The psychological visual sociology of these “posts, replies” often reached an extreme that even took me off my path.

The first encounter with this Organization came from a massive indifference in opinion that the founder could not handle, it ended up with him out right insulting me, and me returning the favor by outright insulting him publicly on there own elist. The second ban was after I received a “Help ME” email in my mailbox from someone who was stuck with a high UPS bill for merchandise that was ready for sale at a Vampire Ball, she explained how the co-founder of Bloodlines International at that time, who now runs another group called Shadowlore stiffed her with a large bill, and is now possibly facing criminal charges, she also explained her desperation for help, after finding out the founder of Bloodlines International was embezzling funds from his own organization.

I knew that on many levels I alone could not do anything about her troubles, but at the same time, I was mad, so I stormed back onto the BL elist in a vile manner (as a vampire would) screaming (writing in caps) and slamming, demanding (causing a commotion) answers. Needless to say I was banned yet again, and “marked” as a troublemaker. The final episode took place with the rise of computer knowledge 101. Also known as hacking and altering documents written on word pad, such as this article.

Wow did I receive an education in the different ways someone who considers themselves elite can destroy lives in a blink of an eye. From Bloodlines International to my own egroup to others on the Inet came the onset of what is now known as my “criminal behavior according to the Sanguinariums Codex” as an online vampire and a founder of a noble class, such as the title Elder. Here I will explain how the trickle effect went with these online Elders from various Houses, for the sole purpose of destroying my House and me.

From Bloodlines International to Shdowlore to- Order of the Crimson Tongues; a online group of over 1000 members who claim to uphold the notion of free-speech in the world of Inet vampires. OCT for short banned me for expressing my free speech against these Houses. From OCT to the Coven of Darkness where the Elder of that community immediately sensed a connection to me, and called me her sister. She wanted to move me to her coven, and knowing that I taught bettered the circumstances for her online House, I also created graphics and at one point found myself giving in by exchanging witchcraft related material.

Meanwhile OCT founder decided that he was tired of my brash comments about his group and stole files I had on my group, erased the bibliographies, and accused me of plagiarism and copyright infringement. Which led me to dealings with WanningMoon.com’s author John J Coughlin, who decided to publicly create a web site with my personal name, location where I live and unproved plagiarism accusations. From this came the House Raven Loch located locally here in Eastern Florida, the Elder there bought his way into my life by attempting to be friendly, charming, and wanting to assist in calming the waters of the OCT and John, Coughlin. This led to an online gathering of Houses from BL, OCT, WM, to a new elist called The-Community. This place is where Modern Day Vampires can discuss and argue out their differences publicly for the world to see.

At this point two years and a half has come and gone, and I portrayed as a plagiarist, trouble making, troll who steals from others, and is a hot-headed nuisance. A vampire!

But that was taboo for these Houses and members. So the founder of Raven Loch, Bloodlines, OCT, Shadowlore, Coven of Darkness, decided to upgrade their attempts in ridding me of the Internet, by now targeting my family, offline. They found my address and shared it amongst themselves, they drove by my house looking to see what I may be doing, they threatened to kill my son at his school, sent my 10 year old son threatening emails about wanting to kill me. They doctored more posts and made me appear more and more like a crazed lunatic, because in there world- Vampires do not hunt others, they just consume lives.

This is the short list of my encounters with these Inet Vampires, by the end not only did each of these Houses and Covens of people claim to be vampires take one person, but they would take on anyone they say are suspicious by trying to eliminate their family, livelihood and ruining their lives.

Because I myself acted as a vampire and spoke my mind, stood my ground, and insisted on individuality, as vampires in literary sense would do. So far the percentage of this happening is hard to track, to my knowledge there are at least fifty people who refuse out of fear to speak against these domestic terrorists dressed up as vampires. Lucky for you the reader, that I enjoy researching the unusual, so that all can be warned.

Dangers of Interaction & Eternal Justice

As I have explained above when I went under cover to explore the Underground subculture of Modern day Vampires. There are many dangers both hidden and obvious why it is not safe for anyone to join these cults. However as long as there is a tantalizing curiousity to find a vampire, there will always be more victims that come out of these pacts.

One needs to ask themselves, before entering these online communities many serious questions. They need to accept whatever truth to the answer they give themselves. And then take the responsibility for your actions.

Example:
How far are they willing to go to find a modern day vampire?
Are they willing to risk their own lives?
And are you willing to risk the lives of their family reguardless if you get along with them or not?
Are you willing to give up your freedom of expression? Your voice on subjects, your individuality?

All are equal, yet created differently. All are endowed, with certain inalienable rights. Among those Inalienable Rights are:

Freedom to Live
Freedom to Grow
Freedom to Pursue Happiness in our own personal style.

Whenever any form of organized government becomes destructive to our lives, social structures will naturally emerge. It is each of our duties to initiate a new social structure, laying its foundations on principles in organizing its power in forms, which will produce safety, happiness, harmony, and anonymity.

When the long train of abuse and unscrupulous attacks by the very same pursuants of a similar goal arise, when they threaten our lives, and destroy the right we solely own, it is our duty to disconnect from these social structures and evolve in new safe covenants.

1- The history of the mundanes, mendacious people ruling over the earth is a history of repeat violence, repeat violations of the laws of nature. All bearing the direct establishment of tyranny of materialistic functions. An example is the continuous war against others, enslaving and destroying what was once a vital life force. They continue this war among themselves and against others, by offering freedom loving, gentle tactics to accommodate, but hold absolutely no truth in their accommodations. Genocide is their habit, and will be their end.

2- They have instituted artificial friendships, denying any peaceful folk the inheritance of their offerings.

3- They have glorified our legacies, and degraded our spiritual beings.

4- They have promised private, personal ownership over our endeavors,
Yet they drive us out by threats of public force.

5- In their Lust for Control, they have set up systems of compulsive education to coerce the minds of others and to destroy the wisdom and innocence of the newly risen.

6- In their Lust for Power they have controlled all means of communication by technological features of inhabiting other organizations, to prevent the free flow of ideas and to block any exchanges among the kindled friendships.

7- In their Fears they have instituted great plagues of secret patrols to spy upon the privacy of other organizations and individuals.

8- In their Greed they have manufactured the destruction of certain known individuals to open space for new more profitable potential members.

They have in every way attempted to impose a unified division to solely crush variety, diversity, individuality, and independence of thought. They have invaded privacy by illegal searches, unwarranted violence projected for imposing fear, contemptuous harassment, and extortion.

Lastly they never admit to error, they fear virtues. And feed their appetite for Greed and War. They advertise paradise and manipulate information they make if they cannot obtain, and blatantly falsify their errors accusing others to take their responsibility.

In return of their continued actions against us, we have warned them from time to time to their blindness. We have addressed every imaginable appeal to their withered sense of rightousness. We have attempted to introduce humor to eradicate the terror they perpetuate.

They listen to only force. But we shall no longer talk in their grim tongues, we detach ourselves from their madness and hold them accountable. We gather in harmony, as life brothers, sisters. We enforce life-loving, fun-loving, intentions in the name of our personal authority. We solemnly publish and declare that we are free and independent, we are absolved from all allegiances to these fantasized organizations controlled by menopausal, disgraceful, scum of civilization.

This is the Evil that plagues Us no more…
This significant spiritual restoration of justice nurtures a whole atmosphere throughout our society of forgiveness, redemption, acceptance, tolerance, and harmony.

As predicted in past commentaries the opportunity, rights, and privileges available to victims will be buried. Differential justice will become more blatant. Those hostile situations will be resolved only upon the determination of the ‘victims’ status verses the ‘offenders’ place in the social order.

Victiminazations of citizens will continue to a serious system of harming one another. “When the meager possessions of a marginal member of society are stolen, identities marked, when they are beaten, threatened, and our children are at risk, the same old assembly line of “leaders” will dispose of the rhetoric as “drama” will evolve again”

Community- Oriented Policy Philosophy
A community policy is a philosophy of concepts which citizens work together in creative ways to help solve community problems. The philosophy is predicated on the belief that achieving these goals require that a new relationship with the majority of our community allow a greater voice in setting and involving efforts to improve the overall quality of life for newcomers, teachers, and established organizations within the society
Community policy should be aimed at problem solving and focusing on the results. The techniques are problem identification, problem analysis within a reasonable time frame and problem resolution. The policy needs to organize citizen input in matters that involve safety. Citizen partnerships and power sharing with established organizations must be implemented to control everyone’s effort for actions and results.

Justice

Modern laws are dictated in the US by the Constitution. It is the framework for protection of individuals from an unwarranted intrusion of our daily lives. The Bill of Rights guards our personal integrity, which gives us the right to be left alone. Our modern government is the only physical force over us. Therefore in our society the right to be left alone, means above all the right not to be punished for what we have said or done except for clearly specific scenarios.

First Amendment
“Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or a bridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government redress of grievances”

The US Supreme Court has held all speech to be constitionally protected except for speech that is pornographic, inciting a riot or rebellion. The Supreme Court has no problem with imposing sanctions because of the bias of the perpetrator toward a targeted group or person.

In New Jersey in 1971 the importance of victims in the criminal and civil justice equation was born. New Jersey established the Violent Crimes Compensation Board (N.J.S.A. 52:4B-3) An administrative body was granted authority to compensate victims for personal injury or death resulting from crimes. In 1985, New Jersey adopted the Crime Victims Bill of Rights (N.J.S.A. 52:B-46) a statutory enactment. It simply clarifies the rights of victims to be notified of various critical stages of the process as it relates t the defendant. It also allows the preparation of a statement to be included in a report. The legislature adopted a statue allowing victims to file a written statement about the impact of the crime on the family, home and work lives, which also became permitted in personal non-capital cases. (N.J.S.A. 52:4B-36(m)(n)) In 1995 adoption of the Victim Impact Statue was approved by 85% of the voters in 1991 which provides crime victims be treated with dignity and respect.

In our society victim testimony needs to be carefully reviewed in advance. Statements would be de-voided of emotional outbursts and neither party could address issues of each person’s character. Comments would be limited solely to the character of the victim and the impact of his or her loss. Lastly references to the worth of the victim or accuser would not be tolerated.

Civil Disobedience is the act of disobeying a law on grounds of moral or political principle. It is an attempt to influence society to accept a particular point of view. The classic Treatise of Henry David Thoreau’s “On the Duty of Civil Disobedience” states that when a person’s conscience and the laws clash, that person must follow their conscience. The need to act now as appose to waiting for changes are the result of recurring acts of civil disobedience.

The US Bill of Rights states that whenever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the right and duty of the people to alter or abolish it.

Gandhi profoundly influences this movement by quoting “non-cooperation with evil is as much a duty as cooperation with good”.

Libel became more of a civil matter in the 19th century. Governments still continue to prosecute writers who used individuals to formulate libel and slander. However individuals began to take it upon themselves to file suit in courts to protect their own reputations. If you are unable to file suit for particular reasons, you were forced by the government to deal with the repercussions of your reputation being damaged.

Minnesota legislature in 1925 passed a public Nuisance abatement law that permitted a judge to shutdown any publication that he deemed obscene, lewd, lascivious, malicious, scandalous, and defamatory. Soon after this abatement law the US Supreme court by a 5-4 vote put into place a Constitutional defense of the long-standing position based on English Common Law; and accepting the Founding Fathers, that there should be prior restraints to those who use the First Amendment as a means to damage, violate a single citizen, or a group of citizens livelihood based on an emotional outburst with no validation of a legitimate crime.

Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes majority opinion in this case “will go down in history as one of the great triumphs of free thought” In summary the media traditionally and modern internet have a history of testing the resilience of the Free Speech and Free Press clauses of the 1St Amendment. This is done by challenging any attempts to restrict their arguments by arguing that “the pubic has a right to know” is now, in the 20th century, being amended with limits that can protect the endangerment of the lives of children, families, social and employment welfare. Free Speech in any society does not translate to “bring as much harm as possible to any citizen that a family must suffer in their livelihood and futures”.
